Since 2003 we have crafted the finest (and first) Body Lotion Candles. Using Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Beeswax (and an assortment of other butters and oils), Dr. Silkman’s Original Body Lotion Candles combine aromatherapy and nourishing lotion into one luxurious experience.
Over time, we’ve expanded beyond the Original Body Lotion Candle to include fine shaving materials, nourishing beard care supplies, gentle bar soaps, and other amazing products. Dr. Silkman’s takes pride in making things the old fashioned way—in small batches, by hand, using natural and organic ingredients wherever possible.
In 2024, we opened our flagship store at 401 West Broadway in NYC’s SoHo neighborhood. Our store is the Tiniest Shop in NYC and stands at just 50 square feet. Our store is a destination of itself, filled with our fabulous products, and in addition, interesting and unique items. It is a must see for visitors to NYC.
Dr. Silkman’s is an environmentally friendly line, with all raw materials sources in the USA. All of our packaging and labeling is made from recycled or recyclable materials.
